I have lately come across a very nice programme. 'Screamer Radio' is a programme that enables (=umożliwia) you to listen to thousands of radio stations on your computer. You can search for a good radio station via a few ctiteria : category (just to name a few : News, Modern Rock, Classical, Oriental, Classic Hits), country (European, African, Asian, American, Oceania countries, etc.), language (English, Russian, Spanish, Italian, etc.) and network (e.g. BBC)
You will surely get impressed with this great variety (=różnorodność) of radio stations!
The programme has also got an enormous advantage - it enables you to record the broadcasts that you would like to relisten to.
Listening to foreign stations will have a great impact (=wielki wpływ) on your listening skills. Not only will you understand the spoken language better, but you will also expand your vocabulary (=poszerzysz słownictwo). Try to listen to the British/ French/ Spanish/ German radio at least 5 minutes every day!
